With over 32 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer at NCR Atleos, I have developed and applied my skills in repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining various types of mechanical equipment, especially cash and ATM machines. I have consistently delivered high-quality service and customer satisfaction, achieving excellent first-time fix records and meeting service contract agreements. For the past six years, I have also shared my expertise and passion as a Technical Learning and Development Instructor at NCR Corporation, teaching new and existing engineers how to perform their tasks efficiently and effectively. I have designed and run monthly training programmes, evaluated and managed staff performance, and assisted with the development of service contract agreements and SLAs. I enjoy empowering and enabling others to grow and succeed in their roles, while also learning from them and improving myself.
