I am a Lawyer from Hofstra University, who studied History and Political Science at Boston University. I currently serve as a prosecutor in the Queens County District Attorney’s Office.
Managed a caseload of approximately 70 felony cases from indictment through trial
Managed a caseload of approximately 130 misdemeanor cases at any given time, conducting hearings and trials
Early case assessment and preparation of cases as well as handling arraignments.
Handled the prosecution my own cases under the supervision of Professor Fred Klein, as well as assisted ADA's with their own cases.
Assisted an Assistant District Attorney on a variety of district court cases. Interviewed victims and witnesses to record their accounts of the given incidents. Conducted legal research on the changes and application of the New York 2020 criminal law reforms. Completed summer long seminar program on the various aspects of the prosecutorial profession. Sat in on several CLE’s. Gained experience working remotely utilizing video chat and other technology.
Aiding ADAs assigned to Clarkstown and several other courts in Rockland, making phone calls with victims and witnesses of criminal cases, aiding in case preparations including trials, taking court notes, making copies of paper work and discs
