• Editing CVs from prospective candidates and ensuring that each CV has correct grammar, spelling, good formatting and is specific to their chosen industry • Conducting intensive and highly focused email marketing strategies to attract new business. • Producing job specs from leads generated by email campaigns and that each job spec is informative, creative and catered for its specific target audience. • Maintaining various job platforms to post our vacancies • Performing graphic design work using Photoshop for marketing campaigns. • Updating and maintaining the company website with the latest company and apprenticeship information. • Produce, design and distribute mail shots to existing Apprenticeship employers to maintain relationships and keep them up to date with the latest movements and successes from TAS and innovations from within the Apprenticeship sector. • Maintaining the social media connections to attract candidate applications.
