As Managing Director of Espace Real Estate, I work alongside a strong senior leadership team to help lead one of Dubai’s established real estate brokerages, with around 285 professionals across residential sales, leasing, commercial, mortgage services, conveyancing, marketing, finance, HR, operations and support services. I joined Espace in 2012 after relocating from Scotland and have spent the last 14 years helping to develop the business through different market cycles. My role today is focused on supporting the strategic direction of the company, strengthening our systems and culture, and helping to build the operational discipline required for long-term, sustainable growth. With over 20 years of experience across property, commercial property management, investment brokering, and Dubai brokerage, I try to bring a broad and practical perspective to the business. I am particularly focused on high-performance teams, data-led decision-making, client service, broker productivity, and ensuring the company can continue to grow without losing the standards, energy, and accountability that have made it successful. Originally from Scotland, I have lived and worked in Dubai since 2012 and remain closely involved in the evolution of the city’s real estate market. My aim is to help Espace continue to grow as a trusted, high-performing brokerage while contributing positively to the standards and professionalism of the wider industry.
