How I do it: - Rapidly onboard to new technologies and architectures, from cloud-native platforms to legacy enterprise stacks. - Analyze system flows, integrations, and business logic to uncover risks early and shape quality strategy. - Communicate engineering trade-offs and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Help teams embed quality into every part of the stack—UI, API, data, cloud, and delivery pipelines. - Build or improve automation frameworks tailored to each project’s technology, constraints, and team maturity. Why I do it: I’m driven by a curiosity for how systems work—and how they break. Testing isn’t just about finding defects; it’s about strengthening products and uncovering risks before they matter. - Refactored and converted the existing Stripe payment system into a new Paid Tier system, successfully meeting the two-week project deployment deadline. - Led and developed the Co-Teacher feature by breaking down initial requirements into assignable modular tasks for development, thereby saving hundreds of hours in customer support time. - Identified and resolved 40+ in app bugs by analyzing the structure of the existing code base then testing for edge cases throughout, to provide a smoother experience for all users.
- Owned and created the Teacher Referral system for Floop. Ensuring the feature prevents exploitation and allows for easy integration with the payment system. With 5% active users currently utilizing referral credit.
