Manages all aspects of a Plant that sorts and repairs wood pallets for various retail and manufacturing customers. Ensures the safety of all employees. The Plant is currently over 2 years Safe. Makes the Plant compliant for it's many audits. Verifies the safety, quality and housekeeping by doing my own audits. Works with HR team to achieve recruiting goals. Responsible for all purchasing for the Plant. Manages the budget for the Plant to hit the P&L goals. Facilitates outreach events to represent the company in the community.

Mentored the Production Scheduler to increase Inventory turns. Implemented Quality procedures. Continuously increasing capabilities and capacity of the department. Met with Engineering and Purchasing to make more parts in house and cheaper. Added 2nd shift in Fabrication department in 2012. Interviewed employees for hire in effort to build a stronger team. Worked with the vendors to reduce cost. Asked to take over in addition to the Fabrication department: Paint, Finish, Safety and Environment at the beginning of 2014
