I have lived and worked in the Western Pennsylvania area since graduating from Plum High School 1987. I started out in Real Estate by helping my Stepfather in High School and my summers as an assistant working various jobs and learning the ropes of commercial real estate rentals and investments. In helping with repairs, landscaping, and assisting my Stepfather "Max" with 6 commercial residential apartment complexes, I learned the "ins and out's" of investments in real estate. I then have turned that into a full time career, acquiring my real estate license assisting clients with buying and selling their own homes as well investment properties in addtion to providing investment consulting services. After 23years, I still own rental investment properties, along with a team that renovates and takes homes in need and turn them into livable homes before they become blighted, which in turn helps to improve those communities with safe, affordable housing.
