• Project Managed delivery of the AGM solution within the wider SAP S/4HANA transformation, covering SAP EAM, SSAM, BTP, Finance, MRS, MDG and Dynamic Forms. • Led migration of core functionality from SAP ECC6.0 and a third-party system to S/4HANA, supporting proactive and reactive maintenance operations. By June 2025, the solution was adopted by 600 field colleagues and 120 back-office users. • Directed end-to-end delivery lifecycle: developed detailed project plans and phased rollout roadmap; secured Stage Gate approvals; managed design, build, test and UAT; and controlled risks, issues and dependencies across onshore and offshore teams. • Delivered major product enhancements and established structured backlog governance supporting continual improvement and a significant product update release. • Managed transition to BAU service, ensuring effective handover of application support, device management, performance monitoring and knowledge transfer to IT and operational support teams. • Led ITT processes selecting and onboarding key System Integrators to support product development, testing, and backlog refinement, sizing and prioritisation.
Delivered IT change projects for the Generation division • Took over and delivered the final release and closure of a long running project replacing legacy meters with a new digital solution supporting a business benefit to reduce risk of failure and regulatory compliance. • Worked on a project to upgrade the work management and procurement solution to Maximo 7.6.1.2. Additionally worked on the design to migrate this version onto MAS 8 • Worked with the Responsible Sourcing team to establish a new solution for their Sustainability data service. Reviewed several vendor options and demos and prepared a suitable RFP to progress vendor selection
• Project managed a Salesforce implementation for the setup of a new centralised customer service contact centre in Scotland. Managed the delivery of telephony, salesforce integrations and other call centre technology. Worked with internal development teams, 3rd party telephony and system integrators, customer service operations and HR.
• Delivered a replacement Hand Held mobility solution for Commercial and Industrial engineers based on a complex set of workflows; working with an agile framework, completed the development and testing of the solution and released the back-end integration system (ESB), asset management update and piloting of the solution in order to validate business and service readiness. • Project managed the design phase of a RedHat (RH) application migration and re-platforming project, migrating business critical mobility applications off of RH services and infrastructure and onto AWS Cloud platforms in advance of RH platform end of life.
