Greater Southampton Area
So ive been working in the private industry for 4 years now.. In those 4 years i have worked 2 summers and 1 winter for scottdunn , then i done a winter at chalet quezac owned by guerlain chicherit . After this i thought i would give yachting a go and started on a 34m sailing yacht owned by the ree family .. from there come bk to winter to work at chalet marco polo which was the flagship of the montels family chalet in val disere working for consensio .. This was an amazing opertunity as was voted 3 years best chalet in france and is still now considered one of the best .. Last summer spent my time on a 40m yacht and now in a private chalet in chamonix. If this wasent enought to keep me busy i spent 2 trips in between seasons to work with some of the best chefs in san deigo and done two 10 course sushi night events which both sold out . I also spent 2 weeks at a ptivate house in regents park cooking for a family befire this winter as a cover postion.. Previous to this i done the normal restraunt hotels , RAF ..etc My last actual job in uk before this was head chef at Siemens European head quarters near london ..
