I moved into this role to help with the workload of our colleagues. I currently have 11 colleagues reporting to me. I'm currently training these colleagues on security applications basic enrollments. Wiring head end enclosures and field devices. I have improved colleague utilization. I have implemented a process that will help identify problems early on in a job to be proactive instead of reactive.
Over saw our IT department of 5 colleagues, Timesheet/expense approvals, Delegation of work, training of the colleagues, becoming SME (Subject matter expert) in various systems such as Genetec, AMAG, Lenel, Milestone. Sales assisting on engineering security systems. Made a lateral move to Security Ops Supervisor
Server stand ups (hardening of the system, SQL installation, Security application installation and licensing) Troubleshooting of customers network for connectivity of Security appliances complex integrations between security application and 3rd party software (elevator controls, door intercoms, VMS to Security integrations Was then promoted to IT supervisor
Worked in the panel shop. Fabricating control panels to UL508A standard. Project lead
container maintenance and repair, equipment deliveries, forklift driving and other facility operational related activities.
Delivery of product to stores and restaurants. Daily driver vehicle inspection reports, outstanding customer service.
