Responsible for the planning and analysis of the Go To Market and Grow the Revenue strategy and model for the BCX acquisition by Telkom. This includes the new combined Product and Services portfolio, the rationalisation of the portfolio and any resulting synergies. Structure the deal for BCX to outsource all the I.T. infrastructure services for the Telkom Group and negotiate and put in place the MSA that will enable the full outsource of all I.T. services for the Telkom Group. Strategic Business Development for the BCX Group. Create market demand for BCX product and services and ensure products and services are available to meet market demand.
