Proven leader with over fifteen years direct management experience, executing daily operations of 800+ personnel in standard conditions and high pace, erratic environments. Excel in business development, project management, developing supplier/customer relationships, process improvements and streamlining supply chain sources into direct, profitable results. I translated the successes of my operational experiences and training as a Marine Corps Infantry Officer into systemic, yet practical business applications. Taking the initiative to identify risks, rapidly researching & analyzing applicable data, then decisively acting upon the information at hand to mitigate those issues have seamlessly embedded into my daily continuous improvement and problem-solving capabilities.
