As of the first of the year I was brought into the main office to assist the owner with his work load. My duties included developing ISNet World documents for industrial customers, updating C-logic's complete training program (12 courses), and creating training programs for our construction contractors. I've have also been traveling out of state to customers locations to deliver kinesthetic based training for contractors and end users. Prior to the first of the year, 2015 saw the end of a multi-year project, one which would involve Ford's largest shutdown ever, effective safety solutions were mandated as a top priority. The owner elected to have C-Logic as the on-site Third-Party Safety Engineers to augment their contractors Safety personnel's efforts. My duties centered on two main areas; Ford's contractor personnel orientation safety training and daily on-site safety oversight of contractors and their subcontractors. I personally trained in excess of 6,000 electrician, pipe-fitters, engineers and other crafts. Charged with bringing alive the safety presentation, I forged a personal connection with each group ensuring a positive take-away of the materials as well as the consequences. My duties also included the ability for working independently under a minimal super vision while: Planning and executing the site safety function requirements. Conducting daily site safety meeting or incident report to the relevant authority. Implement preventive measure and recommend improvement on the unsafe conditions/material/equipment. Conduct safety training's for workers (LOTO, Confined Space & Double Lanyard Tie-Off). Co-operate with sub-contractors on the work progress. Ensure compliance to OSHA, NEC & NFPA and Ford Motor Co's.
