Winchester Medical Center – Winchester, VA Supervised addition and renovation of the Emergency Department and the renovation of the hospital’s Catheterization Labs and its primary corridor.
Courtyard by Marriott- Tyson’s Corner, VA Construction management of a new eleven-story hotel with two levels of underground parking, bar/lounge, indoor pool, and signature restaurant on main level. Mazza Gallerie Shopping Mall - Washington, DC, Renovation oversight including structural revisions to atrium openings, added elevators, relocated escalators, concourse and façade update, addition of new retail spaces and addition of level for 50% of the building at the rooftop Cinema
IRS Computing Center – Martinsburg, WV $87MM, 396,000 SF complex including computing center, warehouse and office/training center.
Project Executive - Boston, MA Provided overall management direction, established project objectives, maintained liaison with client, and monitored construction and financial activities through administrative direction of project management and superintendence. Projects included: MWRA, Clarifier Batteries -$84MM sewage treatment with 48 covered sludge collectors 222 Berkeley Street -$2.9MM, 77 KSF of tenant build-out in new office USPS Worcester GMF -$21 MM, 242 KSF regional mail processing facility Suffolk County Jail – Boston, MA, $58MM, 260 KSF design/build 453-bed prison Project Manager – Oakland, CA Responsibilities included: scheduling, coordination, review of shop drawings, subcontract administration, the pricing change order proposals $47MM, 25-story office building on Oakland, CA. and $10MM of tenant improvements covering 350,000 SF. Managed $6MM project for the national headquarters building of the Bakery Confectionary and Tobacco Workers’ Union. Completed under budget with significant owner savings. Tenant Project Manager – Washington, DC Responsible for all pricing, bidding and project administration for numerous tenants in two spec office buildings in downtown Washington, DC, for private developers, and the complete reconstruction of retail stores for Brooks Brothers. Operations Auditor – Bethesda, MD Conducted operational audits of project management, field supervision, yard and contract purchasing, which included outlining of corporate objectives, review of procedures, development of audit program for testing compliance, recommendations and implementation.
