Responsible for the management of the service and installation department for Swedish sales at Dustcontrol AB. Fulfillment of sales agreements for installation of new systems, working closely with project coordinator to plan and direct resources for installation and ensure that the customer receives exactly what they have ordered. Ensuring that the service agreements Dustcontrol has with hundreds of customers are met on time and to customer satisfaction as well as providing technical support and booking service for customers who contact Dustcontrol.
Responsible for sales relationship with distributors and agents in the global Dustcontrol network. Technical support for mobile machines as well as stationary systems for various industries.
