Direct sales and marketing for Liebert 3PH power equipment including UPS, Power Distribution, DCIM, service, and converged IT products. Additional responsibilities include: conducting initial client meeting, lunch and learn, and sales presentations, quote generation, contract negotiation, project management and post-sale customer assistance
· Developed & executed 3-phase business plans for North America with focus on emerging trends & growth opportunities in the ever-changing data center market. · Monitoring North American 3-phase market in addition to trends, competitive landscape, buying behaviors in today’s data center and non-data center mission critical environments. ·Key contact for sales team segments including Enterprise, DCSP, Government, Field Sales, and multiple partner channels. · Provide feedback and recommendations with direction to global marketing and product management teams. · Identified offer gaps and helped established OEM relationships, acquisitions and alliances to minimize time to market with new incremental revenues. · Support and collaborate with regional and global marketing on new product releases as they launch within North America.
· Maintained large three phase product portfolio from 225kVA to 1100kVA UPS product line. · Supported WW business development teams within product porfolio. · Product development cycle for three new product lines. · Maintain sales tools and competitive comparisons for product launch · Analyze market dynamics, competitive positions and customer wants/needs on an on going basis, providing product plans for assigned products. · Generated marketing specifications for new UPS products. · Support and provided technical support with end users, engineering firms, consultants, and sales force.
· Lead the Integration processes with numerous 40kVA to 500kVAUPS system brands including Liebert, Powerware, MGE, and Mitsubishi.. · Installation and commissioning efforts on both beta and production flywheel units in the field. · Worked with marketing in technical writing and press releases of new products introduced to market.
