Provide overall leadership and management of Quest, Inc. Develop and implement strategic guidance and vision to company operations to achieve goals and objectives which further Quest's mission to, through quality and innovation, build communities where all people have the opportunity to achieve their goals. Foster an internal atmosphere conducive to teambuilding and servant leadership to affect the highest levels of service and support for the individuals served by Quest. Responsible for ensuring the cultural values of Quest, Inc., are nurtured and enhanced for longevity to sustain our organization. Maintain focus on Quest's corporate values to ensure their sustainability and integration into the company’s day to day activities and interactions with the individuals served by Quest, the community at large and all Quest stakeholders.
Quest helps people with developmental disabilities in the metropolitan Orlando and Tampa areas achieve their dreams of going to school, having a job, living on their own, and experiencing summer camp. Provide leadership and direction to Quest, Inc., operations and business units in metropolitan Orlando and Tampa. These operations account for approximately 85% of Quest’s $29 million in revenue. Responsible for the development of a risk management strategy and the implementation of a risk management department to infuse risk awareness into the Quest operating culture. Evaluate current operating structure and where necessary, implement adjustments and protocols to improve operating effectiveness and efficiency. Ensure that operating units understand the impact of all regulatory agencies and develop an internal compliance structure to ensure that Quest operating units integrate continuous compliance and regulatory activities into daily operating performance.
