Helped foster positive group dynamics, responded to student needs, and facilitated connection throughout experiential learning program in Berlin, Munich, Paris, Milan, and Rome. Worked closely with EF staff & partners in-country as well as across the globe in Boston, Zurich, and elsewhere. Served as 24/7 student support for conflict mediation and clinic / hospital visits, including providing Italian medical translation.
