I led Strategy & Corporate Development for the Global Data Centers division of NTT Ltd. I had a primary focus on our continued expansion and investment strategy, both in existing and new markets, via M&A, Joint Ventures, Strategic Partnerships and Development Projects. I was also responsible for Transactions & Underwriting and Strategy Research/Market Intelligence . Global Data Centers is a division of NTT Ltd. and incorporates DPA, e-shelter, Gyron, NetMagic, NTT Indonesia Nexcenter, RagingWire and other NTT Communications group Data Center divisions. I was also responsibile for Strategy Research, PR & Corporate Communications and Corporate Development functions.
I lead Strategy & Corporate Development of the e-shelter business, with a key focus on international expansion into new markets via Merger & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures and Development Projects. e-shelter is one of the leading data center operators in Europe providing highly secure environments for housing and connectivity of IT and network systems. With a presence in all key city-markets of the DACH-region, e-shelter leverages 300 MW of power capacity and 90,000 sqm of data center space to deliver scalable data center solutions.
