Tech lead for Ad Studio's ad management team Led Ad Studio's migration to our new microservice-based ad platform. Responsible for over €25 million in revenue. Launched Ad Studio in Spain and Mexico generating over €1.1M. Designed and launched Spotify's internal tools for semantic code search and navigation. This large-scale distributed system is made of Go and Java-based data pipelines and backends. Used by over 800 internal engineers per month. Processes over 1TB of data daily. Mentored 8 engineers leading to 7 FTE conversions and 2 promotions. Led project to automatically upgrade dependencies for internal Scala data pipelines. Increased the number of up-to-date internal GitHub Enterprise repositories from 13% to 75%.
Software engineer on the reporting and insights team for DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP). Tech lead for the DFP homepage and Android app Designed and launched DFP’s new notifications frontend system. Migrated DFP’s report storage infrastructure and format to a brand new system. Implemented report sharing features for reports in DFP.
Designed, coded, and maintain a Java program to filter and sanitize application logs Wrote and maintained Ant build scripts for 2 projects. Lead developer on a SharePoint tool to track FAQs which appear on the Federal Reserve Board’s public site.
Gathered and defined requirements for a program to apply a consistent ”look and feel” to charts in Excel. Coded and delivered solution as a Visual Basic .Net add-in to Excel.
