Up until April 2024 I worked with the entire PeopleCert PPM portfolio, ensuring it constantly developed to meet end user needs and market demand. That portfolio includes PRINCE2®, PRINCE® Agile, MSP®, M_o_R®, MoP®, P3O®, MoV® and the assessment framework P3M3®. Now, time for something a little different. To further explore my passions for justice and change. Looking to make a difference, leave a legacy, and have a laugh on the way.
At imparo we understand the importance of change management, at an individual and a corporate level, in today’s fast-paced world. And at the heart of change is learning. Learning new ideas, concepts, skills; learning to adapt and grow; learning to change. Imparo means ‘I learn’, and it is a statement of the critical importance of learning in our lives, as individuals and within our organisations of all types. Imparo is the vehicle for mobilising John Edmonds’ extensive experience, which includes change management interventions, course material design and development; team recruitment and management; training and coaching delivery; and the analysis of training and development needs for clients. Learning events, courses, workshops and consultancy assignments have been delivered for a wide range of organisations, in both the private and public sectors, and in many international settings across a variety of cultures, including Europe, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Northern America. John was a member of the authoring team that wrote the globally recognised project management method, PRINCE2®. He led the development of a charity called Roots, establishing a board of trustees, strategy development and fund-raising, and has made several visits to South Sudan as well as developing various education-related projects and collaborations with other charities. John is a Registered Practitioner and an Approved Trainer in: PRINCE2® project management; Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®); Change Management; and Stakeholder Engagement
