A Power Plant Manager, Mechanical Engineer by profession, Graduated Cum Laude, with fourteen years of top-notch experience in Project Development and Operations & Maintenance of both Thermal and Renewable Power Plants, involving Steam and Power Generation and Distribution including CFB Boiler and Turbine Operations, Diesel Engine Power Generation, Solar Power Generation, Water Treatment Facilities, Fuel Handling System, Balance of Plant, Turnaround PMS Activities, and other Daily Utilities. With superb technical know-how on administrative management and project development management.
Responsible for the overall management of combined Thermal and Renewable Power Plant (Hybrid Power Plant) for safe, reliable, and efficient operation. Ensures promoting leadership, management synergy, employees' development and growth, and establish goals to achieve optimum financial performance and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Responsible for the planning, procurement, execution, and completion of power plant projects from pre-development stage to commercial operation. In charge of the entire project and handles everything involved, such as the project scope and timeline, managing the project team, as well as the resources assigned to the project.
Management function in charge of advising and assisting CFB Power Plant Operations Manager and other departments on matters concerning daily priority issues on 2X135MW CFB power plant operations and maintenance of all plant systems and equipment to ensure safe, reliable, efficient, and continuous operation of the power plant.
Management function responsible for the overall command of the 2x135MW units of CFB Coal Fired Power Plant including operations of Boiler, Turbine, Balance of Plant, Coal and Ash Handling, Oil Fuel Handling, Water Treatment, and load generation and dispatch. Also assists Operations Manager on matters concerning daily plant operations and maintenance, technical trainings, and related administrative functions.
Responsible for the overall command of the operation of the CFB power plant including steam and power generation and dispatch, boiler and turbine operation and maintenance, coal handling operation, water treatment operation, balance of plant operation, and other utilities. In charge as well with managing administrative functions.
Responsible for ensuring shift operations activities of 135MW CFB Power Plant are safely and efficiently handled. Supervise and manage daily shift operations of Main Power Block as well as coordinating with external entities for dispatch nomination and generation of power. Also ensures the team meets performance targets and provides Development Plan for their career progression.
