Responsible to lead and grow Fidelity Power Systems' exclusive distributorship of KOHLER® emergency generators and power systems throughout Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C. and parts of West Virginia. Oversees product education and specifications within the engineering community, equipment sales, factory-authorized service, exclusive KOHLER® parts and generator rentals. Leads a team of nearly 160 employees.
Full P&L responsibility for sales and operations of Trane Commercial for the Maryland/Pennsylvania District. Accountable for creating and delivering strategies for profitable growth, creating high-performing teams and developing people while increasing customer satisfaction and employee engagement. Trane Commercial businesses include heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment, integrated building integrated systems, building service, turnkey and controls contracting and performance-based and energy services.
