Dynamic senior executive responsible for leadership of the Company since August 2017. Cube Hydro owns and operates 19 hydroelectric power plants on 10 rivers in 5 states with total capacity of 374 MWs generating 1.4 million MWHs a year. Have played a key leadership role in the dynamic growth of the company from ownership of 6 MWs in 2014 to 374 MWs today. In the position of CEO & President I lead all company activities including strategy, investment allocation, business development, plant operations, legal, regulatory, human resources and finance and accounting. From August 2011 until August 2017 I served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Business Development. In this position I led all strategic growth initiatives resulting in the growth of the company to 374 MWs of owned and operated hydroelectric generating assets.
Have serverd as a member of the Board of Constellation Energy Partners since 2008 and served in the capacity of Chairman of the Board for three years.
Working with the Vice Chairman of Constellation Energy, I oversaw the strategic repositioning of the Company, including serving as transaction lead for the sale of 49.99% of Constellation's nuclear fleet to EDF for $4.5 billion.
