Manage all aspects of Pomeroy's Sales, Marketing a Solution Development organization. Our team is responsible for a $385M in Managed Service, Professional Services, Staffing, and Product Revenue in the US and Europe. Implemented contract governance process that increased contract renewal rates from 80% to 98% renewal.
Getronics acquired Pomeroy as part of a Global IT Services buildout that had locations in EMEA, APAC, South America and with the Pomeroy acquisition in North America. Was named Managing Director of North America and had responsibility for all aspects of Getronics business (Sales, Service, IT, Operations) in the US. Was part of the management team that made the decision to spin out the US business back to the Promeroy brand in the US.
