Diseñadora estratégica y UX researcher con experiencia en investigación social aplicada. Actualmente exploro la potencialidad del diseño para la mejora de entornos, procesos, productos y servicios, cuestionando la manera en que definimos problemas, producimos conocimiento y proyectamos soluciones desde el diseño. Entiendo al diseño como una práctica que construye realidades sociales y políticas. Me interesa colaborar en proyectos de investigación, consultoría estratégica e innovación pública donde el diseño sea un medio para anticipar, problematizar y reconfigurar escenarios desde una mirada crítica.
I work on research and design strategy projects, focusing on understanding user behavior, needs and patterns to inform product and service decisions. I carry out the definition of research study planning for qualitative and quantitative studies: interviews, surveys, ethnographies, usage diaries. Design and facilitation of ideation and co-creation workshops with external and internal clients of the company.
My role in this project was to participate in the user experience design of the imaginBank app, defining the information architecture and content, and researching the needs of the bank's users; facilitating coordination and communication between my team members and various stakeholders so that ideas could progressively move into production.
