As a Brand Manager for the ELCO brand inside the ARISTON Thermo group I ensure that culture and uniqueness of the brand are clearly articulated, communicated, understood and consistent across all activities of ELCO worldwide. My main task is to follow and continue the development of the brand strategy, conceptualize strategic initiatives, and execute strategies with cross-functional teams. This includes supervising brand content, integration of campaigns with brand consistency and the development of brand standards and usage guidelines. Furthermore, I manage external marketing partners such as agencies and production companies. Another key element of my everyday job is to drive internal and external projects that ensure the right perception of the brand throughout the whole organization while creating a unique image for ELCO. I am working closely with several departments, such as group marketing, solution centres, manufacturing, R&D, sales and logistics. For more than 90 years ELCO has been at the forefront of burner, condensing boiler and solar technology, installing over 1.7 million heating systems throughout Europe. Since 2001 ELCO is part of the Ariston Thermo Group - one of Europe's leading brands in the sector of heating technology with more than 7.000 employees and a turnover of 1.57 billion euro.
