Progress from day one, and this was a challenging and interesting task.

In charge of training and Coaching, making budgets together with my team, holding frequent meetings making sure my team always knew what the targets where, and how to reach them. Exceeded sales targets every month, and consistantly best of the tree teams operating at the time. I feel one of the most important reasons for this was,how we managed to create a work environment to encourage ,sharing information and techniques continuously with the team, trying to inspire individual creativity. This made it easier to exceed our targets both as a team and on the individual basis.
