As long term key expert for Lindi I assisted the Lindi based utility with institutional and technical expertise. • Strengthening of the general management capacity of the UWSSAs and support in development and implementation of business plans; • Strengthening of financial and commercial management capacities of the UWSSAs; • Enhancing the technical capacities of the UWSSAs to plan, operate and maintain water supply and sanitation facilities; and • Improving customer orientation and marketing of the UWSSAs The term contract ended May 2017 .
