The Functional Papers and Film segment consist of 8 European and 1 US location where digitalization initiatives in all areas of the business are realized: • Develop digitalization strategy for segment with first focus on operations and supply chain • Self service BI with SAP Analytics Cloud • AI initiatives with advanced analytics • Integration of OT systems and elimination of data silos • Digital program and project management incl. budget responsibility
The Release Liner (RL) segment consist of 4 European and 2 US locations where operations and profit improvements are achieved. The main tasks you find listed below: • PMO for RL digitalization pilot project • In charge of monthly operations reporting for segment • Operations BI (SAP BW) extension and segment wide implementation • Driving segment wide operations budgeting process • Ensure realization of budgeted KPI and savings via CI organization • Define & support improvement projects across all sites together with local organization • Assess and improve production site CI maturity though central CI roadmap • Mentoring and organization of trainings to enable local CI managers • Global business process owner of Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
• In charge of monthly operations reporting for segment • Lead KPI dashboard definition and segment wide implementation • Drove segment wide operations budgeting • Conception of new CI management system for segment • Assess production site CI maturity • Develop & follow through central CI roadmap to improve maturity • Define & support improvement projects across all sites together with local organization • Drove definition of profit improvement guideline and subsequent tracking of operation driven profit improvement initiatives • Mentoring and organization of trainings to enable local CI managers • Global business process owner of manufacturing execution system
