My scholarly work spans STEM education research with a focus on Problem-Based Learning, empathy and humility in engineering and other technical fields, and the responsible integration of AI in education research. Over the course of my career, I have secured more than $42 million in competitive research funding and published widely on these topics, advancing both theory and practice in humanistic STEM education.
