I led the recruiting for McKinsey's Capabilities & Insights and Knowledge teams across 16 different practices in Germany. This includes a wide variety of Analyst and Expert Consulting roles in Advanced Industries, Banking & Finance, Private Equity, Energy, Transportation and many more. Furthermore, I was the program lead for the core internship program "Gap Year in Research". Apart from operational recruiting, I was involved in various strategic initiatives in our European and Global TA function e.g. around Candidate Experience, Time-to-Hire or Diversity. Furthermore, I helped to foster AI adoption within TA as AI Champion.
