Strategic Product & UX Leader with over a decade of experience building and scaling digital products in complex, regulated environments. • Building and scaling the design vision and product strategy of tio – a trusted digital health companion for parents of children aged 0–6. • Owning the product roadmap and aligning product, design and engineering to deliver a compliant, high-impact MVP. • Shaping brand, product experience and a scalable design system optimized for clarity, trust and medical accuracy in a sensitive health context. • Leading discovery, research and clinical validation with parents, pediatricians and institutions; establishing continuous discovery and user panels. • Designing AI-assisted assessment flows, data structures and safety layers to ensure evidence-based, transparent and trustworthy guidance. • Embedding privacy, MDR-aligned UX-risk-management and medical expertise into design and product decisions. • Driving fundraising narrative and representing tio in investor talks, accelerators and industry events. • Contributing to go-to-market strategy, traction KPIs and partnerships with SPZs, pediatricians and health organisations. • Positioning tio through design-led differentiation in a fragmented digital health landscape, demonstrating early traction and product-market potential.
