In 2015, I co-founded ICAROS with the vision of combining virtual reality and movement to rethink how people train, rehabilitate, and improve performance. Today, ICAROS systems are used in clinics, fitness centers, research institutions, and performance facilities worldwide. Over the years, we’ve grown ICAROS from an unconventional idea into an internationally recognized XR health and performance company with: • €5M+ raised in funding • Thousands of installations worldwide • Multiple patents filed • 10+ international design awards and permanent exhibit at Pinakothek der Moderne • Clinical trials and research collaborations across Europe and the U.S. My background is in industrial design, with a strong interest in innovation, human-centered products, sports, and emerging technologies. Before founding ICAROS, I worked at HYVE in Munich, developing product concepts with international companies. I also regularly speak and lecture on entrepreneurship, innovation, product-market fit, and go-to-market strategy at universities and startup programs across Europe.
