Currently, I serve as Head of Safety & Security, overseeing occupational safety, prevention, and compliance across GAS Group. As an Operations Manager, i’m responsible for coordinating complex flight operations, slot management, and ensuring the highest service standards at Stuttgart Airport what helps me a lot to keep the understanding for practice while working on safety, security and prevention related matters. In parallel, I act as A2G Representative Europe for Universal Weather & Aviation, managing concierge and air-to-ground services for business aviation clients across Europe. Responsibility for occupational safety within GAS group, including prevention and follow-up work after possible incidents. Conducting audits at our respective stations to ensure the highest standards for our customers in addition to safety.
Coordinating flight operations, issuing slots and ensuring the highest standards for our customers. I am also part of the management of our station in Stuttgart and therefore take care of all requests and suggestions as well as our financial/employee situation in the company.
Responsible for the Universal A2G Concierge Services in Europe to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout various remote locations.
