About

I started my work at Siemens in 1996 as IBM main frame software developer for fixed networks. Three years later I changed to mobile communications and got from the HQ the responsibility for the mobile simulation tool platform together with the development in India/Bangalore. In 2000 I was selected as project leader by the HQ to extend the tasks with the customer tracer and to establish the center of competence 'Simualtion Test Tools & Customer Tracer'. This required to manage a big virtual project, split into different locations with teams in Austria, Slovakia, Hungary and India. In 2008 I changed to rail automation and started as business segment quality manager to support (bid) project leaders and (bid) project teams as an expert to ensure the product and process quality to reach the quality requirements of the customer and to take care that all legal / normative / compliance rules are kept in the sense of the company. Beginning 2012 I was invited to be Head of Quality Management for the Rail Automation Austria. Oct. 2014 my responsibility was extended to cover the Head of Bid & Project Management Support for Division Mobility
