During my time at the Rudolph Logistics Group, I worked as Plant Manager for the Wallersdorf 1-3 sites and was responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of all industrial employees at these three sites. In my role as Plant Manager, I had wide-ranging responsibilities. Particularly noteworthy is my work as Head of Sequencing for the BMW plant in Landshut (G70), which was carried out as a "Just in Sequence" (JIS) delivery. This task required a high degree of precision and coordination to ensure that all parts were delivered to the plant in the exact order required and on time. I was also responsible for the spare parts business at the Wallersdorf 1-3 sites. This was a complex task that required precise inventory management and coordination to ensure a continuous supply. Another key area of responsibility was managing the supply of pressed parts at the Wallersdorf 1 site, also implemented as a JIS delivery. This responsibility included the efficient and needs-based provision of pressed parts in order to optimally support production processes and avoid interruptions.
During my time at Remondis GmbH & Co. KG Region South, I was employed as Logistics Manager at the Munich site. In this position, I was responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of all industrial employees, including the scheduling department with several employees. A particularly challenging phase was the start of the coronavirus pandemic, which required additional requirements and adjustments to our working methods, especially in system-relevant sectors. It was essential to ensure the health and safety of all employees while keeping operations running smoothly.
During my time at Otto Pachmayr, I worked as operations manager and took on various central responsibilities that ensured the smooth running of operational processes. My area of responsibility included managing the vehicle fleet as well as equipment and resources. I was responsible for the personnel of the industrial employees and ensured that all legal and social regulations were complied with. Another focus was warehouse management and organization, which I coordinated efficiently to ensure optimal use of resources. I paid particular attention to occupational safety in order to create a safe working environment. I was also responsible for the use of operating resources such as fuels and stretch film and organized the inventory of full and empty containers. I took care of the clarification of empty and full goods differences and acted as the responsible contact person for the empties sorting assigned in the work contract. In addition, I took over the vacation replacement for the disposition of incoming and outgoing goods and was active in complaint management in order to process customer concerns effectively. A key aspect of my role was the maintenance and further development of the IT systems, which are crucial for operational processes.
