Seasoned broadcast professional combining extensive broadcast knowledge, management experience and communication skills. 15+ years’ experience in technical product management including Agile methodologies and mindset. I have a strong background in media engineering, having obtained my degree from the University of Applied Sciences - Hochschule Mittweida. I have also developed and honed my skills in product requirements, team alignment, and cross-functional collaborations, working with various stakeholders, customers, and partners to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions. In my previous roles, I was the Head of Product Management and the Chief Technology Manager at Lawo, and the Chief Product Owner and the Product Manager at Grass Valley, where I led and contributed to several successful projects and initiatives in the areas of media asset management, cloud-based workflows, and video production. I am motivated by the mission of creating and enhancing the most powerful and intuitive tools for media professionals, and I enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment that values diversity, creativity, and excellence.
