I am a Monitoring and Evaluation Lead Specialist for international development cooperation projects and humanitarian interventions. I feel grateful to have learned and grown in the past 10 years through engaging and complex collaborations with excellent thematic and technical experts and partners in dozens of M&E and Third-Party Monitoring projects in Western Africa, the Middle East, South- and Southeast Asia to become a committed and professional international development enthusiast. I now work as an independent consultant focusing on mixed methods evaluation methodologies and developing bespoke quantitative and qualitative data collection approaches. As a passionate team player, I lead, support, and contribute to generating information and to closing gaps of knowledge that can help maximize the impact of international and bilateral agencies engaged in development cooperation and humanitarian interventions so that they can effectively serve and sustainably promote the wellbeing of people all across the world.

      Formative Evaluation of the « Communauté Amie des Enfants (CADE) » Approach Supported the Team Leader (TL) to ensure the technical robustness of all deliverables, tools, and protocols for data collection, analysis, and visualization, as well as reporting. Focused on developing and coding all quantitative data collection tools (household surveys, online perception surveys, and protocols), and trained field surveyors for household surveys. Assisted the TL in sampling clusters and localities at the community level and trained national experts for Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and community mapping exercises. Conducted some Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) (mainly with actors at national, sub-national, and local levels who provided advice on locality sampling). Performed document reviews. Coordinated the implementation of community-level data collection (FGDs, household surveys) with local data companies, ensuring adherence to ethical and quality standards during field data collection.     Provision of Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) Services for the Syria Cross-border Humanitarian Fund (as Cowater Project Manager) Management of a Framework Contract for UNOCHA’s SCHF overseeing a Monitoring Team of up to 14 Researchers together and a sub-contractor to conduct independent Monitoring of the Syrian Cross-border Humanitarian Fund in North-West Syria. The humanitarian clusters included WASH, Protection, Food Security, Nutrition, Camp-coordination & Camp Management (CCCM), Emergency Shelter and Non-food items (ES&NFI), Early Recovery, Logistics, Education in Emergencies, and Health. In total the TPM team produced more than 160 TPM reports over the timespan of this project. I led the aggregation and synthetisation of all TPM report data and co-drafted the Annual Reports of 2021, 2022 and 2023. I created dashboards of TPM report data with Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
