Regional CNC manufacturing operations, focusing on high-automated milling and turning processes. We ensured the supply of essential components for various industries, including train industry, military applications and fire safety systems, while enhancing production efficiency and quality standards.
In my role, I served as Interim CEO, driving the digital transformation and restructuring initiatives. I implemented cloud solutions across all three training locations, reorganized the accounting and staff setup to optimize performance and efficiency. This strategic approach positioned the company for future growth and innovation.
