I am the founder of Elbing Investments, a leading distressed debt investor in residential mortgages in Eastern Europe, with a buy-out volume of over $30 million and a presence in over 40 cities. Before, I was a Principal and Senior Partner in The Boston Consulting Group and Roland Berger managing the Financial Services business in Eurasia. I was also the Deputy CEO of the largest Russian private banking group which I grew through M&A.
