Integrated analysis of engagement and climate indicators (Officevibe, offboarding interviews, and contextual data) to support leadership decision-making and priority setting • Led company-wide discussions on satisfaction and organizational perception, including an open session with 90 Axurians and consolidation of 50+ suggestions • Supported structural decisions in critical teams based on performance indicators and cultural alignment • Redesigned the Performance Review process with a new qualitative model and updated leadership evaluation criteria • Advised managers on team development, communication, engagement, and individual performance management • Executed core BP routines: onboarding, leadership rituals, data analysis, and continuous team support
