I primarily implement the staffing strategies and plans of client teams by performing end-to-end recruitment to ensure that manpower requirements are served in a timely manner and with the right “fit” for Rockwell Land Corporation. My duties and responsibilities cover the following aspects: 1. Workforce Planning and Recruitment Strategy I assist the Lead HR Business Partner in workforce planning with client teams; I also provide input in the development of recruiting strategies and action plans to ensure timely loading of talents. 2. Sourcing and Talent Pooling I identify and develop internal and external sourcing channels (i.e. job boards, academe linkages, search firms, professional associations, internal colleagues etc.) to provide steady supply of candidates. This covers the following: • Advertising all manpower requirements in appropriate/relevant sourcing channels, • Developing a pool of talent for critical, hard to find and recurring requirements, • Facilitating payment of incentives for successful referrals by employees. 3. Selection I screen candidates against established position qualifications (paper and face-to-face interview), afterwhich I administer tests relevant to the position. I also endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers and the succeeding levels of interview for the position. To further qualify candidates, I conduct reference checks for identified positions and gives recommendation based on assessment result; also create and extend job offers to successful candidates (for positions within level of authority) following the established guidelines; lastly, I coordinate internal movement of employees to fill talent requirements. 4. Recruitment Process My primary role is to collaborate with other Recruitment Specialists in streamlining the recruitment process and the development of relevant recruitment initiatives 5. Analytics I also generate and maintain staffing related analytics based on the data under my command and knowledge.
