MWD's Inland Feeder Project. Determined flood flows, calculated debris scour and deposition in rivers, calculated 500-yr flood levels at pipeline crossings with West and East Twin Creeks to set pipeline elevations using simulation of split flows and flow through bridges. Rainfall-Runoff Criteria for the US Army Corps of Engineers. Generated flood hydrographs for USCOE's Thousand Palms Study Area in the Riverside and San Bernardino Counties,
Performed major construction staging revision for the I-5 Widening (17th street segment) to speed up construction schedule and reduce dependency to adjacent segments; reviewed construction staging plans from the 5/22/57 Interchange to the Los Angeles county line; reviewed claims, monitored/controlled change orders, determining impact to baseline schedule; etc.
Served as QA/QC Lead for the Bechtel Program Management Team. Performed design oversight, reviewed PS&E and technical report submittals made by multiple design teams to ensure conformance to design requirements. Prepared Section 4 Alignment Study Report, which served as major supporting document to the Project Report by evaluating different alternatives. Prepared Design Guidelines used by all Section Design Teams for the purpoose of defining uniform policies and design criteria.
Served in various capacities, from Design Engineer to Senior Project Engineer for various improvement projects, including: Mid-Corridor SPTC Railroad Relocation, Rte 74 between Rte 15 to Rte 215 and Rte 74/215 Interchange, Rte 126 from I-5 to State Rt 14, Rte 10 Whitewater Roadside Rest Area, Anaheim Convention Center Betterment III, Roslyn Drive, Gordon's Ferry Bridge, in Kern River, Haven Avenue Interchange with Rte 10.
