The programme is organized by the research group human, society and the environment and contributes to sustainability and energy research. I led group work projects concerning topics of food waste and sustainability labels and promoted the generation of ideas in cooperation with fellow students. The underlying topics inspired the students to critically reflect on respective sustainability issues and develop meaningful presentation and argumentation skills.
