June 2014 - Swiss Life REIM (France) launches its first club deal Hotel Fund, Club France Hotels Invest, with the acquisition of 26 hotels, operated by LFPI Hotels Gestion under Management Leases. 4 hotels operated by Sogepar and SCSP were added to the portfolio in November 2014 and July 2015. Assets are located in France, across North, Central, Southeast and Paris regions, close to highway infrastructures and located in medium and large sized urban areas. The portfolio consists of Budget or Economy class hotels franchised under renowned brands, mainly from the Louvre Hotels group (Campanile, Première Classe, Kyriad). November 2015 - Swiss Life REIM (France) launches its second fund dedicated to hotel assets, Club Prime Hospitality, this time with a strategy focused on the high end market segment (3 and 4 stars) in Paris or Nice with a target size over 300 million euros. Club Prime Hospitality signs 2 portfolio acquisitions : - 7 hotels located in Paris and Nice, acquired from an investment fund operated by Honotel. - 3 hotels (4 stars), acquired from an investment fund managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (« MSREI ») and Paris Inn Group, operated by Paris Inn Group. December 2016 - Club France Hotels Invest widens its geographical scope with the acquisition of 10 hotels (905 rooms) in Germany, all leased to LFPH Hotels Management Deutschland GmbH and franchised under Ibis, Ibis Styles, Mercure, Best Western and Indigo brands. The Fund is renamed Club Europe Hotels Invest. April 2018 - Final step for Club Europe Hotels Invest with the acquisition of 2 hotel properties (458 rooms) located in Milan (Italy), acquired from BNP Paribas REIM Italy. These establishments are operated by two major players in the global hotel industry : Rezidor (Radisson Blu Hotel Milan) and Accor (Novotel Milan Malpensa). Club Europe Hotels Invest has reached a total volume of 250 million euros.
