Of those, I worked for a Cisco-only partner for 11 years and have now been with Cisco for 3 years. I have over 10 years of professional experience in thought leadership and people leadership positions. I use my LinkedIn profile primarily to contribute to an equal and bias-free workplace and parenting. ββ 2023 - today Since October 2023 I am responsible for the business transformation of selected, strategic Cisco partners on European level and Middle East+Africa. The aim is to standardize the business transformation from HW/SW vendor to profitable XaaS, software, service and subscription business. ___ 2021 - 2023 I joined Cisco in August 2021. In my new role, I work for selected partners in the German region on the respective customer lifecycle management. My focus is on customer adoption and customer experience management, creating new business models in B2B, adding value to new solutions and increasing the speed to achieve this value. When the boundaries between products and services disappear and technological progress enables new consumption models, we need new business strategies, distribution models and a strictly customer-centric and holistic mindset. ββ 2010 - 2021 From 2010-2020, I gained a lot of experience in the areas of change management, sales and customer experience. In my role as Manager Business Development at a system integrator, I and my team managed over 40 projects per year with a focus on transformation processes. An important aspect of my role was to drive business results for our customers and to identify the true value of the new solutions for each individual employee. part of management, business development, head of department change management // CX, program management Cisco Customer Experience - Establishing a partner-owned customer experience strategy - program management for the Cisco "Lifecycle Incentive" program in all tracks (Unified Communication, Security, Datacenter, Network and Enterprise Agreement) - certification and re-certifications in the area of Lifecycle Management and Customer Experience (part of the Gold Partner status from Cisco Year 2022) - adaptation of company-internal processes to the changing program requirements in the area of Cisco Customer Experience (Adoption and Lifecycle Incentives) - development of new topics and services along general market changes and vendor requirements (e.g. XaaS, Cloud) Since 2015, I have been developing the area of Lifecycle Management and subsequently Customer Experience as a holistic strategy for a Cisco (only) partner. In the area of Customer Success and Customer Experience, we have received several awards from the vendor in Germany and throughout Europe. By developing our processes along customer and vendor requirements, we have succeeded in measurably increasing customer satisfaction since 2017. Likewise, customer success has been increased, through the targeted focus of project work on the added value of the purchased solutions.

The processes and frameworks I developed and applied myself have been awarded several times by Cisco and independent institutions. With my team I have managed more than 80 customer projects with a focus on the implementation of collaboration solutions (2,500 to 40,000 employees).
