I am an organizational psychologist and senior leader with more than three decades of experience in nuclear safety culture and organizational & leadership effectiveness in safety-critical environments. I bring direct, field-tested expertise in nuclear safety culture assessments and improvement programs, management systems, leadership for safety, peer-review missions, and leadership and capacity building. Contributor to industry bodies such as World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO) and International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). I am recognized internationally for establishing and advancing nuclear safety culture programs from the ground up, including the UAE's inaugural nuclear safety culture program at Barakah Nuclear Power Plant and a structured change-management capability at Koeberg Nuclear Power Plant in South Africa.
