Provide leadership, organization, strategy and coordination to support PMO’s key activities, including oversight of project management team, development of the project management team, project planning and governance across all sites of the Network. Responsibilities include, ensuring all projects administered by the PMO adhere to the best practices and standard approaches for program and project management Manages change and promotes continuous improvement of project management related processes. Works with Senior Leadership to define strategies, priorities and their deployment method. Ensure project deliverables (costs/benefits) are visible and usable in deriving P&L forecast and customer reporting (e.g. CIP, CAPEX) Works with site Ops PMO Leads in defining, deploying and sharing Best Practices across sites to ensure consistent expectations for Project Leaders and Change Leaders. Support coaching, development and motivation for site PMO Leads and Regional Project Managers. Lead effective deployment and refinement of key project management tools (e.g. Celoxis). Ensure appropriate levels of governance across the project portfolio and provide seamless visibility of project status and key deliverables to stakeholders. Define and maintain reporting of KPI’s – drive measurable continuous improvement. Prepare and present portfolio overview to leadership.
