At BAM Advies & Engineering we are working closely together with our various business units within the BAM firm. As their main engineering partner, we provide all the Civil and Architectural engineering services as well as MEP / Building Services and electrical engineering. I'm currently working as an Engineering Manager for the larger and complex multidisciplinary contracts. In this role I am responsible for the timely delivery of these engineering services. I work closely with my engineering team, which consists out of engineers, BIM modellers and advisors. My job is simple: keep the engineering team going and make sure they have everything they need! Of course, that means a lot of coordination with our clients, execution teams, line managers, partners, end-users and so forth.
Our company is realizing many challenging projects within complex buildings and factories. High tech factories usually require advanced climate installations to maintain indoor climate conditions for better product quality, safe environments and healthy working conditions. As a Lead Engineer I am responsible for the realization of various HVAC and utility designs within larger multidisciplinary projects. It is my objective to realize the best possible design within the given time and budget. My goal is to create a technical challenging environment for my team members as well as involving everybody in the design process.
